Yoga Break is a time for you to come back into balance, making your day flow smoothly and your body feel great. We’ll explore simple movement combined with deep breathing. Each class will end with plenty of time to rest and restore, so that you return to your life feeling calm and steady. This class is suitable for all levels, including those with minor injuries or limitations (must be able to sit and stand from the floor).
This class is open to UMD students, faculty, and staff, as well as the general public.
