You’ll ease into each pose and focus particularly on breathing in this relaxing class. We spend most of our time in floor-oriented postures, staying in each one long enough to allow for truly restorative opening. This slower-paced session, which includes some yin postures, can be a great introduction to meditation techniques, or add a deep therapeutic stretch to an existing practice. Dressing in light layers is recommended.
