Welcome Session (1.5 hour): $100.00

::Includes intake discussion about your goals, needs, and any questions, plus about an hour of yoga practice.

60 minute (1 hour) Session: $85.00

::You can use this option any time after your Initial Intake Session.

5-Session Package: $400.00 ($420.00 if first visit is Welcome Session)

::Packages save you money, and ensure a consistent yoga practice. The more you do yoga, the better it gets!

Private sessions can be held in person (Maryland) or Online (Skype/Facetime).
