It’s easy to get overwhelmed during holiday activity and bustle! This class will begin with a gentle hatha yoga practice and end with deeply restorative poses and guided meditation. With your awareness directed within, the practice becomes a sanctuary for the mind and body, and we find a sense of balance, receptivity, and ease.
