“Self care” doesn’t have to be fancy, expensive, or time-consuming. In fact, the easier, the better! Any practice that brings you back to a sense of peaceful openness is an act of powerful self care. And it doesn’t take long. In this class, we’ll explore a variety of simple self care tools that you can use anytime. Expect gentle movement, breathing, and more.
The class will include a handout with description of each tool/practice.
