Hatha Yoga includes yoga postures, breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation to teach us how to connect with and stay safe in our own bodies. During each session, you will find spaciousness, stability, and a sense of ease in your body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels.
This class is open to UMD students, faculty, and staff, as well as the general public.
